She will have a really diffcult time learning what she really wants to do in her life. In the end she will eventually understand that she really loves photography just like her father and will follow her father footsteps in career. She had a really good relationship with Ken since the previous school, especially because she really likes sincere and warm feelings. But after Ken's departure and his new "identity" as Kentin, she felt like she was meeting a new person and felt shy around him for a while. In the end she understood that after all, Ken indeed evolved but there was still a bit of his old self and she loved both the old and the new Kentin. She has a really good relationship with her mother Stefania and about her father, even if he seems a bit strict, he actually is really a cutiepie around Karina and Stefania.

- Karina adores Kentin when he puts on his glasses and this makes him even more confortable around her.
- In middle school she was part of a basketball team in her little town. In the end the team disbanded as there weren't enough girls to make a team.
